چکیده مقاله:

Patient safety is a critical aspect of healthcare delivery that requires the active participation and engagement of healthcare professionals, particularly nurses. The establishment of a strong patient safety culture within healthcare organizations is essential for ensuring high-quality care and minimizing adverse events. This narrative review aims to explore the effect of training on compliance with patient safety culture by nurses, highlighting key studies and their findings. Training interventions play a vital role in enhancing nurses' compliance with patient safety culture. The reviewed studies consistently demonstrated that training programs positively influenced nurses' knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors related to patient safety. To maximize the effectiveness of training, healthcare organizations should consider ongoing training initiatives, organizational support, and the integration of training into daily practice. Further research is needed to explore the long-term sustainability and scalability of training interventions in improving patient safety culture.
