چکیده مقاله:

In recent years, cyberspace plays a decisive role in people's lives, especially psychologically, and it is necessary to conduct research based on the analysis and pathology of this issue on students. In this regard, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of teaching metacognitive strategies on reducing the symptoms of attention deficit and impulsivity on students. The design of this research was a semi-experimental type of pre-test and post-test with a control group with a sample size of ۲۰ people. Simple in the experimental and control groups and the necessary training was carried out during five sessions for the experimental group. The results of metacognitive strategies on reducing symptoms of attention deficit and impulsivity in students, also, among the components of attention deficit, metacognitive strategies on inattention/memory problems and restlessness/hyperactivity and among the components of impulsivity on reducing cognitive impulsivity, impulsivity Movement and lack of planning is effective, it is effective in students.
