چکیده مقاله:

This study was carried out with the aim of determining the role of primary maladaptive schemas in predicting teenagers' stress coping styles, and in terms of the fundamental purpose and in terms of the method, it is in the category of descriptive-correlational research, and the statistical population included teenagers, their number is ۲۰۰. and the sample was made up of ۵۰ people. The data of this study have been measured through questionnaires of coping strategies and Yang's schema mentality, and the data have been analyzed through multivariable regression test in a step-by-step method. Styles of dealing with stress are gradually formed with the emergence of a psychological system in the form of an unmatched system. The findings of the research showed that the criteria of stubbornness/extreme fault-finding, emotional deprivation, and "sacrificing" obedience have the ability to predict the strategy of accepting responsibility, and defects and shame, insufficient self-control/self-discipline, and sacrificing obedience have the ability to predict the avoidant avoidance strategy. And the criteria of stubbornness/extreme fault-finding have the ability to predict the planned problem-solving strategy. The criteria of stubbornness/extreme fault-finding, vulnerability to harm or illness, and dependency/incompetence have the ability to predict the problem re-evaluation strategy.
