چکیده مقاله:

The total number of bank transactions that a customer is allowed to make using electronic and telecommunication networks on the Internet without using paper, during the day at any time and place, is called electronic banking. In other words, electronic banking is the use of advanced software and hardware technologies based on the network and telecommunications to exchange resources and financial information electronically, and there is no need for the customer to be physically present in the branch. The purpose of this study is to determine the drivers affecting the future of online banking. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population consists of experts in the field of online banking of Parsian Bank, whose number was ۱۷ in this research. After collecting the data through a questionnaire, it was analyzed using the hierarchical analysis process method. Based on the results obtained from the research, among the drivers influencing the future of online banking in Parsian Bank, the ability to receive feedback, rules and instructions in the field of electronic banking and the independence of electronic banking systems rank first to third respectively.
