Identifying and Ranking Factors Affecting Cost Management in Resilient Supply Chain (Case Study: Bahman Motor Company)

Supply chain management involves managing an interconnected set of activities, including planning, coordinating, and controlling the movement of materials, parts, and manufactured goods from suppliers to customers. To achieve this goal, financial flow, information and materials are managed as decisions are made at strategic, tactical and operational levels. The purpose of this study is to identify and rank the factors affecting cost management in the resilient supply chain. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population consists of some managers and supervisors of Bahman Motor Company; whose number was ۲۰ in this research. After collecting the data through a questionnaire, it was analyzed using the DEMATEL method. Based on the results obtained from the research, among the influential variables of the communication network, the commitment of the supplier and the trust of the supplier are ranked first to third respectively. Also, among the influential variables, supplier commitment, internal cost management, and internal electronic systems integration have taken the first to third ranks, respectively.
