Investigation of access control in electronic healthcare using game theory

Today, the electronic health system (EHS) based on blockchain has replaced the traditional and centralized EHS. Access permission is different for each person in this system and confidentiality of patient information must be maintained. In the health and treatment community, each member has the right to choose whether to become a member of the health chain or not; And there should be no coercion, and based on this, the access control as well as the blockchain network chain will be updated. The mechanism of breaking the glass will check the creation of unauthorized access by an authorized member of EHS. In this article, we presented a game in which the cooperation of two doctors and a patient is necessary for successful treatment, and we examine the results of this game according to the Nash equilibrium.
