Investigating Validation of ITSM Model in E-Commerce organization (SMEs)

At present, the traditional performance of information technology management includes supporting business-based services, in which the information technology services are managed and planned with respect to their role in the business processes. The main purpose of this research is investigation of IT services management pattern validation in e-commerce organizations. The current research method is applied-developmental in terms of objectives, descriptive-analytical in terms of variables regulation and data analysis and (qualitative and quantitative) in terms of data type. In results section, the dimensions of IT Services include ‘’ ITSM international models, challenges of business relations management toward ITSM implementation, business services management challenge and business process system toward ITSM implementation’’ on ‘’organization performances’’ variable via all of the studied variables is less than the base value (۰.۰۵) and as a result, all of the relations are significant.
