Novel method for packet transmission in wirelesssensor networks

Nowadays, with the increasing growth oftechnology, many scientists and researchers are looking forways to reduce costs and improve efficiency and performancein all scientific fields. Many efforts have also been made in thefield of software and creating faster and more dynamicmethods of communication and data transfer. Meta-heuristicoptimization algorithms are one of these software methods. Inrecent years, the use of these algorithms has found a specialplace in improving efficiency in various sciences. In this study,which is performed on Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), acreative hybrid method has been proposed using metaheuristicoptimization algorithms, that has tried to improvethe energy consumption in these networks. In this intelligencehybrid method, two optimization algorithms of ant colony andgray wolf have been used. The developed hybrid method hasbeen implemented in MATLAB. The results of this study showthe improvement of energy consumption using the developedhybrid method compared to other methods
