چکیده مقاله:

In recent years, the research and development of networks that do not have any dependence on predetermined infrastructures have received a lot of attention. Inter-vehicle networks are one of the types. These networks as a new technology, have a high potential in increasing the safety of roads and ensuring the well-being of users. Vehicular ad hoc networks are an example of mobile ad hoc networks where cars play the role of mobile nodes. In these networks, cars are connected to each other and can send messages to each other that are also connected to the roadside infrastructure. For example, when an accident occurs, this message exchange is used to inform other cars. In such networks, routing is a fundamental issue for network design. Poor designs cause serious problems in vehicular networks. Multi-hop data transmission in VANET networks is a complicated task, because the network nodes (vehicles) are very mobile and therefore the possibility of communication interruption is very high. Therefore, the techniques of sending information in car networks are very important and have received special attention in recent years. In this article, a distributed routing protocol is presented with the approach of calculating the end-to-end delay in the established routes before sending the data packet. This protocol creates a stable backbone on road segments and connects them to each other through bridge nodes.
