چکیده مقاله:
The scientific name of thyme, Thmus daenensis, belongs to the mint family, and the scientific name of thyme isderived from the Greek word Thuo, which means perfume, and the Mediterranean region has been introduced as thecenter of this genus. Thyme is common in four regions of Isfahan province (Semiram, Golpaygan, Daran andIsfahan), Hamadan (Alvand mountain region) and Qazvin province. Extraction of essential oils was done by aCloninger machine. In this regard, during the study of three research articles as follows, this review article has beendeduced from them۱. The article on the identification of the aromatic compounds of the medicinal herb Avanish Denai in Qazvin (Dr.Ahmad Akbarnia, Dr. Mehdi Mirza)۲.An article investigating the chemical composition of the volatile oil of Danai thyme collected in ۴ different regionsof Isfahan province (Mohammed Mehdi Barazandeh, Karim Bagherzadeh)۳.The article on the investigation of the essential components of the flowering branches of Danai thyme (Bahman NikAvar, Faraz Mojab, Reza Dolatabadi)In the tests and results obtained, it shows that the number of compounds is different in each province, the essential oilobtained in Hamadan region has ۲۶ compounds and the sample obtained in four regions of Isfahan has ۲۷ compoundsand the sample obtained Qazvin Province, ۲۴ compounds were identified .Based on the obtained results, it can be said that Danai thyme extract is rich in monoterpene phenols, especiallythymol. The highest amount of thymol was related to the sample of Semiram (Henna) of Isfahan province.)%۸۰.۳(
