Solving MAGDM problems based on a two-phase technique with HFNs

Decision-making in uncertain environments andcomplexities governing the decision-making environmenthas become one of the most important research areas. Today,various tools, such as hesitant fuzzy numbers, have beenpresented for mathematical modelling of non-deterministicdata according to the source of uncertainty. On the otherhand, considering the acceptability of group decisions,managers try to get the most benefit from the advice ofexperts. In this article, two popular methods, TOPSIS andChoquet integral, have been updated for use with hesitantfuzzy numbers, and their new formats have been used toaggregate the opinions of different experts and solve themulti-attribute group decision-making problem. Then wehave solved a practical numerical example with the newlyintroduced method.
