چکیده مقاله:

Bioactive glass monoliths can be produced and used as tissue engineering scaffolds; because of having porous structure and penetrating of fundamental cells they can be applied for recovery of major bony fractions, grafting and artificial implanting, due to three important qualities: 1) the ability of self-recovery 2) the ability of maintaining a blood source 3) the ability of improving the structure and properties.Through the research, monolith was synthesized and quality found using compounds such as Alcohol, TEOS,TEP,Ca(NO3)2.4H2O,Na2O,VTMS by sol-gel method based on bioactive glass 45s5, entering PVTMS and applying freeze dryer machine made in this study and it was placed in simulated body fluid (SBF) for bioactivity examination and laboratorial tests such as XRD, FTIR, DTA/TG, SEM and TEM were examined and discussed. During this process, synthesized monolith is nano-structure and the issues which were obviously important in this research were gel drying and its monolith becoming with necessary porosity, the relation of porosities with each other and its bioactivity.
