This paper explores the transformative role of libraries in driving the paradigm shift through the New Education Policy ۲۰۲۰. Libraries have evolved from traditional repositories of books into dynamic spaces that foster exploration, collaboration, and lifelong learning. They play a crucial role in providing equitable access to resources, promoting literacy and education, embracing technology, and fostering community engagement. Libraries are uniquely positioned to support the goals and objectives outlined in the New Education Policy, making them indispensable allies in shaping the future of education. The NEP emphasises the need of collaborative education, and theatre is an effective tool for achieving this goal.
