In latest years, climate exchange has emerged as a important worldwide assignment affecting human survival and development. Reports suggest a chronic trend of global warming, projecting a ability increase of ۴ to ۸ degrees Celsius in common worldwide temperatures by using the close of the twenty first century. Addressing this problem necessitates a concerted effort to lessen greenhouse gas emissions, with the goal of reaching a "low-carbon" society and fostering sustainable improvement .To realize this vision, scientists have been actively engaged in designing evaluation systems for "low-carbon neighborhoods." These structures goal to plot and implement compact city spaces, establish flexible transportation structures, construct electricity-green buildings, enhance community livability, and instill focus of low-carbon urban systems. The mission lies now not most effective in formulating powerful measures for decreasing power intake however also in garnering tremendous public participation and assist, making it a key factor of competition within the discourse on low-carbon strategies.This study focuses on assessing city sustainability with the aid of using integrated decision-making techniques aligned with the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) tips. The overarching goal is to systematically reduce carbon emissions and pave the manner for a extra sustainable urban surroundings. It is clear that achieving a cohesive urban form entails concerns including expanding inexperienced spaces, adopting extensive boom strategies, addressing dispersed populations, and catering to diverse housing wishes across special socioeconomic strata.
