چکیده مقاله:

Dental implant as a replacement for lost teeth has been studied and investigated for years. The forces applied to the implant placed in place of the tooth are transferred to the surrounding tissues and bones through the contact area. Optimum distribution of tension in these tissues and bones is one of the success criteria of an implant, so it is necessary to know the surface characteristics of all types of implants and the ossification process in the dental implant process, as well as the health of the mouth and jaw bones. In this regard, this research examines the characteristics of modern implants and the process of bone formation. The research results show that the development of bone-implant interfaces depends on the direct interaction of bone matrix and osteoblasts with biological materials. Osteoblast adhesion is essential for bone-biomaterial interaction. As a result, maximizing bone integrity is one of the goals of treatment in the implantation process, which is apparently improved by changing the roughness of the implant surface.
