چکیده مقاله:

The concept of sustainability in the smart city has become a key issue in the development of these cities. Today, more than half of the world's population lives in cities, and it is expected that this figure will reach ۷۰% by ۲۰۲۵. It is interesting to know that the rapid process of urbanization has led to many problems such as: high energy consumption, carbon emissions, pollution, social inequality and increased traffic. Smart cities always offer solutions to solve problems caused by urbanization, changes, innovation and improvement of social aspects. Also, the construction of smart buildings, transportation systems, public services, etc. are completely dependent on digital infrastructure. Relatively new technologies such as the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence are the main keys to the success of smart cities.Along with the rapid growth of population and its concentration in cities, sustainable urban development has faced a crisis that affects the future prospects of mankind. Sustainable urban development is required to reduce the threat caused by the excessive use of non-renewable resources so that it does not have to replace the spatial and geographical elements of the environment in another place and therefore does not destroy the dynamic balance. Therefore, sustainable urban development is a type of development strategy with broad dimensions and It is administrative, economic, social, environmental and physical complex, and relying on a single factor in shaping it is considered an ill-considered and uninformed action. Hoshmad city is a solution for the sustainability of cities. A smart city means a living electronic city that has the power to understand human behavior and signs. Smart city is another interpretation of virtual city, electronic city, ubiquitous city and digital city, which is the virtual behavioral vector of the city and all kinds of urban communication, urban services, transactions and urban information appear in it.
