چکیده مقاله:
Integrating art and decorative elements in medical centers has gained significant attention due to their profound psychological impact on patients, especially those with special needs. This paper explores how the presence of art and thoughtfully designed spaces can improve the mood of special patients, contributing to better health outcomes and overall satisfaction with their care. Visual art, including paintings, sculptures, and murals, has been shown to elicit positive emotional responses, reduce stress, anxiety, and even pain in patients. For special patients such as those with chronic illnesses, mental health conditions, or cognitive impairments, art serves as a vital tool for emotional expression and mental engagement. Additionally, decorative elements such as plants, lighting, and furnishings play a crucial role in creating a soothing and welcoming atmosphere, transforming sterile clinical spaces into areas that feel more like home. This transformation is particularly important for special patients who may spend extended periods in medical centers. Personalized art and decor tailored to the preferences and needs of these patients can significantly enhance their mood and well-being, making the medical environment feel less alien and more connected to their life outside the hospital. This study aims to critically analyze existing literature on the psychological impacts of art in medical settings, explore case studies of successful art integration in hospitals, and gather qualitative data from patients and healthcare providers.
