Wind load effects on spatial domes

In light buildings with high height and span, bridges as well as the lead-bearing structure, wind and combination of loads resulted of wind can be very important and effective on structure designing. Space trusses are widely used to cover large openings with or without middle columns. Among the various forms of working space trusses, the domes are widely used due to their high structural strength and aesthetic of architectural form.
