In the realm of architectural engineering, the success of infrastructure projects is intricately tied to effective leadership and organizational behavior. This article explores the pivotal role these elements play in shaping project outcomes. . Human resource management strategies aligning team skills with project demands resulted in optimal resource utilization and skill deployment.Examining how leaders navigate challenges, foster collaboration, and instill a positive organizational culture, we delve into their impact on project efficiency and effectiveness. By understanding the interplay between leadership styles and organizational dynamics, this study aims to provide valuable insights for practitioners and stakeholders involved in architectural engineering projects.
