چکیده مقاله:

Biochemistry serves as a pivotal force in forensic medicine, providing essential insights that aid in solving crimes. This article explores the intersection of biochemistry and forensic science, highlighting the role of biochemical analysis in crime scene investigation. By examining biological samples, forensic biochemists utilize techniques like chromatography and spectroscopy to identify causes of death, detect toxins, and estimate the post-mortem interval. These analyzes contribute to a deeper understanding of physiological changes post-death and support the establishment of timelines and potential foul play. Additionally, biochemistry is crucial for DNA profiling, enabling the matching of genetic material from crime scenes to individuals. The article delves into the methodologies and advancements in forensic biochemistry, underscoring its significance in bringing justice through the science of molecules.
