A System Dynamics Approach to Modeling Real Estate Market in Tehran Province

This study applies a system dynamics approach to model the dynamics of real estate market, including factors such as housing prices, supply, demand, and investor behavior. It offers a holistic perspective on the complex dynamics shaping real estate markets. The simulation implementation reveals that as the sale price of residential units rises, there is a corresponding increase in private sector investment and the rate of residential units construction, signaling an upward trend in supply within Tehran province.
