چکیده مقاله:

Most of the various drugs that are used to treat various diseases are metabolized in the liver. The result of this change is sometimes dangerous metabolites that cause acute and chronic damage to the liver tissue if the existing enzyme systems are not able to refine them. Some drugs are also directly toxic to the liver. Liver diseases caused by drugs include a wide range of all liver diseases including: acute and chronic hepatitis, cholestasis, cirrhosis, vascular complications and even malignancies. Hepatotoxicity of drugs is divided into two groups: A (caused by pharmacological properties) and B (allergic and idiosyncratic). Careful consideration of risk factors such as age, gender, and the use of other drugs is very important when prescribing drugs with known hepatotoxicity.Although they are very rare, DILI is considered a serious condition, both for the patient who is exposed to acute liver failure and for the pharmaceutical industry and the regulatory bodies that are responsible for handling and monitoring the development and advancement of pharmaceutical sciences. There are such institutions that should inform information and side effects if needed, or collect burdensome drugs from the market after they are released. A serious limitation in diagnosing and predicting DILI complications is the lack of specific biomarkers. Despite the widespread use of common biomarkers in DILI, correct and reliable diagnosis is still very difficult. These limitations have increased the need to develop more sensitive and accurate biomarkers for DILI biomarkers. These biomarkers can improve the diagnosis and prognosis and the treatment process of DILI disease. To date, several important biomarkers for DILI have been introduced, including mechanistically based biomarkers, for example, glutamate dehydrogenase, translocation protein ۱, and creatine-۱۸, which can provide information about the mechanism of injury. Provide different reasons.
