Schizophrenia disease is a kind of severe and rather unknown brain disorder which about one percent of people of the world are affected by the disease. Thepatients face illusion and severe fear. After emerging the disease’s symptoms, the usual way for recognizing the disease and its monitoring during the treatment is acomputerized tomography (CT) scan of the brain. The problems like side effects, high cost and leak of high accessibility have caused that finding a new manner instead of the CT scan of brain is considered. Most symptoms found are related to movement (motorsymptoms). In this paper, after collecting the data related to cinematic features of pen movements in handwritings of a group affected with Schizophrenia and another group ofhealthy persons, an improved artificial immune system is used for classification. We discuss how Artificial ImmuneSystem (AIS) could classify data inspired by the natural immune systems. Inspired by the interaction between electric charges, some modifications are performed tocalculate the Stimulation Level (SL) of the B cells. Furthermore, a novel method for cloning and updating of immune cells is proposed. In addition we will discuss one of the possible reasons of movement disorders in schizophrenic patients according to the cerebellumabnormalities in patients. Finally, simulation results are presented. The results show the efficiency of proposed method.
