چکیده مقاله:

The energy sector faces challenges to ensure long-term supply from reliable sources in order to satisfy demand, which has been growing due to modern lifestyles and technological innovations. One of the indexes which promotes the energy management and business environmental performance is Corporate Social Responsibility. CSR and Sustainability suggests that organizations have significant impact on the Environmental system and their performance should be in a way that maximize the positive effects of its activity and minimize the negative effects of its activities and responsible energy organizations integrate sustainability into their business strategies. Thus, this article aims is to introduce the Corporate Social Responsibility Index as a new approach in energy management and sustainability. We focus on the organization benefits of responsibility, especially in energy and environmental management and is presented a framework of the relationship between social responsibility and its benefits and a framework of three pillars of sustainability to energy management. Finally, we suggest training courses, Formation of working and researching groups for promotes CSR concept in energy sector.
