Studying the components of resistance literature in the selected poems of Simin Behbahani and Anna Akhmatova

Resistance poetry is one of the most important literary movements of the recent century in Iran. Simin Behbahani is one of the first resistance poets in Iran who wrote many poems about the eight-year war imposed by Iraq against Iran. It can be boldly mentioned that Anna Akhmatova's poems are the best examples of Russian resistance poetry during World War II. The current research was prepared with a descriptive-analytical method. The findings indicate that some resistance components are common in the poems and compositions of these two great Russian and Iranian women poets.
