چکیده مقاله:
In this paper, we have introduced a new distance measure between two single-valued Neutrosophic using Manhattan distance.Then, we extend TOPSIS strategy forsolving multi-attribute decision making problems in neutrosophic environment. weused Manhattan distance instead of the Euclidean distance to calculate separationmeasure between each alternative with positive and negative neutrosophic ideal so-lutions. Finally, to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposedstrategy, a personnel selection problem is solved by the proposed algorithm.
