Study on C*-correspondences and their related C*-algebras

This work presents the relations between C*-algebras associated with C*-correspondences in a categorical approach to extend some results from the theory of C*-correspondences and their related C*-algebras. As an application, it is studied a generalization of the well-known result of Muhly and Solel: Morita equivalent C*-correspondences have Morita equivalent Cuntz-Pimsner algebras. Moreover, in last part we posed some great questions, especially about Lp-analogues of Cuntz-Pimsner algebras.
