چکیده مقاله:

This article presents a novel approach for the fabrication of electrically-conducting nonwovenporous mats by growing polypyrrole (PPy) layers over poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) nanofibers using avapor phase polymerization process. The PVDF nanofibers were first produced via electrospinning of PVDFsolution containing FeCl۳ capable of polymerizing pyrrole monomers. The resulting PVDF nanofibers servedas a stable and robust template for the subsequent growth of PPy coatings. The PPy successfully coated thefibers, leading to a significant enhancement in the surface electrical conductivity of the coatings. The achievedconductivity values of σ = ۴.۶۸۷ S.m−۱ for the PVDF-PPy composite demonstrated with ۲۰ minutesavaporation the effectiveness of this fabrication method in producing electrically-conductive nonwovenporous mats. This research opens up new possibilities for the development of conductive materials for variousapplications in fields such as electronics, energy storage, and sensor.
