To improve OLAP as a popular tool toanalyze data, several new tools are underdevelopment that HaoLap is one of the mostefficient and comprehensive tools among them.HaoLap utilizes a multidimensional model ofOLAP called MOLAP, in which the MapReducedistributed file system is used as a new solutionfor big data. HaoLap architecture can be definedas utilizing OLAP within the Hadoop frameworkusing the distributed file system HDFS, where theMapReduce algorithm is used for the mainoperation.This paper explains a novel architecture in whichYARN, one of the Hadoop-associated tools, isutilized beside Hadoop for OLAP operation.According to the results, this new architecturenot only improves the operation time but alsofacilitates using other Hadoop framework toolsin the HaoLap structure. Operation time isreduced between ۱۲% and ۴۶% depending on thecase, which shows the capability of the method toheighten the performance of the HaoLap.
