Removal of hydrocarbon pollutants in drilling wastes by biostimulation method

In today's era, due to the development of drilling oil and gas wells, for the production of hydrocarbon fluids, as well as the increasing importance of observing environmental issues in various industries, especially the oil industry, there is a need to use better and more efficient technologies to control the waste from drilling more. It has already happened. The purpose of this article is to investigate the possibility of industrial use of bioremediation process using OSE II enzyme for the first time in Iran and in Khuzestan province, Mansour Abad oil field. It is adapted to the environment of Khuzestan and is applicable. Also, the results obtained from this method were done after several stages of enzyme spraying, spraying on the first day, spraying on the seventh day and spraying on the fifteenth day, and humidification was done repeatedly, which resulted in a reduction of more than ۹۰% of petroleum hydrocarbons in the resulting oily residue within ۶۰ days. became.
