Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have gained attention due to their large surface area, thermalstability, and tunable pore size. In recent years, the synthesis of MIL ۸۸(Fe) and its derived nanomaterials hasprovided an opportunity to obtain outstanding advanced oxidation performances. This paper discusses thepotential for future development of MIL-۸۸(Fe) and its derivatives as catalysts for advanced oxidationfunctions and degradation of organic dyes
