Optical Trapping for Concentration of Micro and Nanoparticles

The ability to detect low concentrations of samples and reach the ultimate limit of detection has driventhe development of single-molecule assays for analytical and diagnostic applications. In this work, we proposeda calibration-free counting method and Concentration for the quantification of polystyrene particles using anoptical trapping technique. The results showed that the concentration of particles can be observed in the opticalmicroscope.
