Preparation of nanocatalyst base on Fe۳O۴ NPs modifed with ionic liquid and its applications in some oforganic reactions

A novel ionic liquid functionalized Fe۳O۴ nanoparticles (Fe۳O۴ NPs-IL) was prepared by anchoringcaffeine ionic liquid on the surface of Fe۳O۴ NPs. The one-pot reaction proceeds smoothly with Fe۳O۴ NPs-ILcatalyst and affords the products in high to excellent product yields, operational simplicity, environmentalfriendliness, wide applicability and reusability and easy recovery of the catalyst using an external magnet arethe key features of this methodology.
