Amperometric determination of glucose in human serum using cobalt manganese sulfidenanostructure

The electrocatalytic response of cobalt manganese hydroxide and sulfide toward glucose detectionwas investigated. The experimental findings exhibited that CoMn-S nanostructure had better catalytic activitythan CoMn-LDH. Under optimal experimental conditions, the sensor showed wide linear ranges of ۱- ۶۳۰ μMand ۶۳۰ – ۲۵۳۰ μM with high sensitivities of ۵۱۴۸ and ۱۹۲۸ μA mM−۱ cm−۲ and low detection limit of ۰.۸۸ μM.
