Phase Diagrams of the ATPSs composed of PVP۱۰۰۰۰ + Li۲SO۴ + Water, and the andPartitioning of Ciprofloxacin Drug: The Effect of Temperature and pH

The study explored phase diagrams of aqueous two-phase systems with polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP)polymer and lithium sulfate salt, investigating temperature and pH effects. Empirical and thermodynamicequations effectively modeled the experimental results. Partitioning of ciprofloxacin was studied, revealingoptimal conditions at ۳۰۸.۱۵ K and neutral pH.
