Perovskite based-oxides: LaCrO۳, LaMnO۳ and LaFeO۳; synthesis and electrochemical study

In this study, nano-sized perovskite-based oxides, LaCrO۳, LaMnO۳ and LaFeO۳ were synthesized via asingle-phase sol-gel route. Crystallinity and morphology of synthesized samples were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and field-emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM). Moreover, capacitive behaviors of thesynthesized samples were studied and compared with each other
