This study employs bioprinting to engineer bone tissue based on chitosan sulfonate waterbornepolyurethane and alginate, resulting in high cell viability and osteoblast differentiation. In addition, according toalizarin red S staining and alkaline phosphatase activity results, the cells were able to differentiate intoosteoblasts and produce an extracellular matrix
