A Large Scale HTL-Free Carbon-Based Perovskite Solar Cell

This paper presents the successful scaling up and optimization of HTL-free carbon-based perovskitesolar cells, resulting in an efficiency of ۱۱.۴۵% for ۱ cm۲ active area, ۱۵.۰۵% for ۰.۰۹ cm۲ active area and longtermstability with the cell configuration of Glass /FTO /Dense TiO۲ /Mesoporous TiO۲ /Perovskite /Carbon.Various analyses were conducted to understand the performance of the cells, paving the way for theircommercial practicality in solar panel applications
