Removal of sarafloxacin from aqueous solution through Ni/Al-layered doublehydroxide@ZIF-۸

Ni/Al-LDH@ZIF-۸ nanocomposite was synthesized and used to remove the antibiotic sarafloxacin (SRF)in the aqueous solution. The results showed that ۹۷% of SRF was removed under optimized conditions (initialconcentration of SRF = ۴۰ mg·L–۱, pH = ۶.۳, adsorbent dose = ۴۹ mg, and contact time = ۴۴ min).
