چکیده مقاله:

Hydrogels have garnered significant interest in various fields ranging from biomedicine toenvironmental engineering due to their unique properties and versatile applications. In this study, we present anovel approach for synthesizing hydrogels utilizing Deep Eutectic Solvents (DES). DES offers several advantagesover traditional solvents, including low toxicity, biodegradability, and tunable properties, making thempromising candidates for sustainable hydrogel synthesis. Our methodology involves the facile preparation ofhydrogels through the sol-gel transition of DES-based precursor solutions. The resulting hydrogels exhibitexcellent mechanical strength, high water absorption capacity, and biocompatibility, making them suitable fordrug delivery, tissue engineering, and environmental remediation applications. We elucidate the influence ofDES composition and processing parameters on the physicochemical properties of the hydrogels, providinginsights into the design and optimization of DES-based hydrogel systems. Overall, this study demonstrates thefeasibility and potential of Deep Eutectic Solvents as green and effective alternatives for synthesizing hydrogelswith tailored properties, paving the way for sustainable advancements in various technological domains
