Liquid phase microextraction of tyrosine kinase inhibitors in plasma samples byeffervescent tablet-assisted deep eutectic solvent based on magnetic nanofluid

A magnetic nanofluid composed of deep eutectic solvent (DES) and Fe۳O۴@SiO۲ nanoparticles wasused as an extraction solvent. The deep eutectic solvent acted as a carrier and stabilizer for Fe۳O۴@SiO۲nanoparticles. A tablet was used in the nanofluid for dispersion. The magnetic nanofluid enhanced phaseseparation efficiency without centrifugation.
