چکیده مقاله:

The leaves of Myrtus Communis L. plant from Mubarakeh village of Taft city in Yazd province, afterreceiving herbarium code ۳۰۶۲ from Jihad Agriculture of Yazd province، were collected and dried at roomtemperature (۲۵°C) and in the shade. The dried powder was soaked in organic solvents in an equal ratio of ۱:۱:۱for ۴۸ hours and the solvent was separated from the extract by a smooth Buchner funnel and by a rotary devicein a vacuum (rotary STRIK ۱۰۲) with a rotation speed of ۷۵ and for a period of ۷۰ minutes. . Barosh columnchromatography (Cc) flavonoids qurricetin-۳-o-rhamnoside, myricetin-۳-o-gluctoside present in the extract ofMyrtus Communis L. leaves were purified. The structure of purified flavonoid compounds was identified by IR۱CNMR and ۱۳CNMR spectroscopic methods and the electrochemical behavior of flavonoids qurricetin-۳-orhamnoside,myricetin-۳-o-gluctoside by cyclic voltammetry method with GPES ۴.۹ software andpotentioacetate device. / Galvanoacetate Auto lab type ш in the experimental electrochemical measurement ofPGSTAT ۳۰ on the surface of two glassy carbon electrodes (GCE) and the modified electrode of multi-walledcarbon nanotubes (MWCNT) with a degree of purity of ۹۵% with an average outer diameter of ۳-۲۰ nm, whichis from Nanolab company It was purchased from America, it was investigated in pH ۴ with a concentration of۰.۰۰۵ g, scanning speed of ۲۰۰ mv/s.
