چکیده مقاله:

This study aims to investigate the effect of the concentration ratio of electroactive/ non-electroactivespecies on the kinetic of electron transfer in redox-active self-assembled monolayers. To synthesize themonolayer, constant values of electroactive species of ۶-(Ferrocenyl)hexanethiol and different values of nonelectroactivespecies of ۱-hexanethiol were attached to the gold electrode surface. The results showed thatthe electron transfer kinetic increases with the increase in the concentration of the non-electroactive species.
