چکیده مقاله:

Tomato seed oil is a vegetable oil extracted from tomato seeds.TSO contains various compoundsincluding fatty acids. In this research, a new method using a high shear mixer for extraction was introduced andthe highest extraction yield is ۲۴.۶۷ and linoleic acid is the most fatty acid of this oil.
