Investigating the role of technological capabilities of the Internet of Things on smart production

The Internet of Things (IoT) has emerged as a game changer in various industries, revolutionizing the way businesses operate and manage their operations, By connecting devices, sensors, and machines to the Internet .The Internet of Things (IoT) plays a crucial role in transforming traditional manufacturing processes into smart production through the integration of various technologies. IoT enables real-time data collection, analysis, and automation, leading to improved efficiency, costs savings, and enhanced decision-making capabilities. The purpose of this study is to review the capabilities of Internet of Things technology in smart production. This article has investigates the impact of the Internet of Things on smart production through a comprehensive literature review and examines extensive research conducted in the field of Smart Factory and Smart production.The results of this study indicate that the use of the Internet of Things in addition to the creating of real-time data, increases efficiency and productivity in production.
