Human power, as smart assets of organizations, is the biggest capital of any organization.Organizations consider their human capital as a competitive advantage, considering theirknowledge, competence and capabilities. Manpower should have high productivity to be usefulfor their organization. In today's highly competitive world, productivity as a philosophy andperspective based on improvement strategy is the most important goal of any organization andcan encompass the activities of all sectors of society like a chain. So that the mission ofmanagement and the main goal of the managers of every organization is the effective andoptimal use of various resources and facilities such as labor, capital, materials, energy andinformation. This has caused the productivity and proper use of the total production factors tobecome a national priority in all countries, and all societies have come to believe that thecontinuation of the life of any society is not possible without paying attention to the issue ofproductivity. One of the main goals of any organization is to achieve productivity. To reach thisgoal, there is no other way than resorting to some kind of systemic, local and applied view. Theimpressive successes of the last decade of organizations with minimal facilities on one hand andthe failure of organizations with the best material capabilities on the other hand, have shown thesignificant role of non-material and spiritual factors in their success. The present article dealswith the presentation of Mellat Bank employee productivity model with emphasis on workenvironment, professional respect and work-life balance, and after estimating the model usingstatistical methods, the article's hypotheses have been accepted.
