چکیده مقاله:
for three modes: ۲۷ ºC temperature and TT process corner, -۴۰ ºC temperature and FF process, ۸۵ ºC temperature and SS process corner, we get the parameters for this amplifier in ۹۰ nm CMOS technology. differential Mode and Common Mode Gain of Differential Amplifier. The gain of an amplifier is defined as VOUT/VIN. For the special case of a differential amplifier, the input VIN is the difference between its two input terminals, which is equal to (V۱-V۲). To obtain the differential mode voltage gain in the CMOS differential amplifier with active load, it must be configured to consider the amplifier and its transistor characteristics. Differential mode voltage gain, usually denoted as Ad, is the gain of the voltage difference between two signals It shows the input applied to the differential amplifier. To obtain the common-mode voltage gain in the CMOS differential amplifier with an active load, it must be configured Consider the amplifier and its transistor features. Common-mode voltage gain, usually denoted by AC, represents the amplification of the common-mode input signal applied to both inputs of the differential amplifier. In this article, we used HSPICE software to calculate and obtain charts.
