Effective Interpersonal Communications and the Role of Empathy in Common Life from the Perspective of Professionals

The current research seeks to identify the role of empathy dimensions in interpersonal relationships of common life from the perspective of experts. This research was carried out with a qualitative approach and the quasi-Claize method. The participants of the research were ۱۵ specialists and family counselors who had more than ۱۰ years of work experience and worked in medical centers in Isfahan city. Purposeful sampling method and data collection tool is semi-structured interview. The data analysis approach is also thematic analysis. The findings of the research show that empathy (as a comprehensive component) has ۵ organizing themes: "empathic self-regulation", "empathic other-choice", "conscious image-making", "communicative approach" and "conscious acceptance". " Is. These themes in interaction with each other form the network of empathy themes in interpersonal relationships of shared life. In general, the results of the research indicated that empathy can strengthen the quality of interpersonal relationships in common life
