چکیده مقاله:

The calculation of stress intensity factor and stress distribution in the crack is one of the important issues in the fracture mechanics. In this study, the analysis and prediction of stress distribution and stress intensity factor of the first fracture mode are investigated using the Peridynamics in a finite plate with an initial pre-crack. Then, the effect of the presence of hole and the number, location, position, and radius of it on the stress and stress intensity factor in the desired plate are examined. According to the obtained results, it is found that the Peridynamics is well able to analyze and predict the stress and stress intensity factor in the body. Also according to the results of this study the presence of hole and the number, location, and position (distance from the crack tip) of it in the body have a significant effect on the stress and stress intensity factor and by Making a hole in a body decreases the stress and stress intensity factor in the body significantly, provided that the hole would be of suitable radius, position, and distance from the crack tip.
