The bank is a dynamic system, organized and interacting with the environment. When an organization is formed and systematic relationships between its constituent parts emerge, and finally when it is placed in an environment, it forms a larger system, which is called an ecosystem due to the existence of legal and purposeful relationships between the environment and organizations. The current banking business model has a product-based approach, and the main processes in this model have increased the level of complexity and inflexibility. Therefore, banks have been forced to increase their human capital in order to maintain their proper performance, and in this way, in recent years, they have reacted slowly to changes in the business environment and have not had much desire to innovate. The digital banking ecosystem as future banking is a solution for digital transformation in the banking industry. In line with the move from the traditional banking business model to the ecosystem approach, the strategy of banks has undergone a fundamental change and their focus has been placed on customers instead of products. Based on this, banks should change the way they operate in order to increase flexibility, accessibility and transparency for customers. Banks' journey towards customer-centricity should begin with the use of digital technologies and through the creation of targeted partnerships and the re-engineering of the current processes and structure of banks in the context of the digital banking ecosystem. In this way, the bank becomes a reliable partner for the customer, who offers personalized services for an easier life. The history of human life is full of the invention of many technologies, all of which have been proposed to facilitate human life. In recent years, the use of information and communication technology (ICT) has increased significantly in service industries, especially in the banking industry, which with the use of information technology has improved the conditions of internet banking, electronic payment, investment security and information exchange. has been provided In general, it can be stated that today the sales terminal, branch terminal, ATM is a symbol of information and communication technology in our country's electronic banking and the use of this tool has been able to reduce costs and increase profitability in the country's banking system. In this article, the impact of information and communication technology (ICT) on the banking industry is examined as one of the important infrastructures in the development of other electronic services.
